This is a remote position.
- Receive and upload contractor invoices to HubDoc and SimPro and makes payment accordingly
- Process all job invoices using SimPro
- Perform bank reconciliations for all accounts (daily)
- Monitor inbox and daily communication promptly responding to queries
- Processes timesheets and complete payroll (once weekly)
- Manage employee virtual credit cards and reimbursements (Weel)
- Implement new systems and/or processes to improve efficiency where possible.
- Maintain and build a supportive and effective team culture;
- Upholds and promotes the firm s values;
- Maintains the highest ethical and professional standards.
Requirements
- Accounting degree
- At least 2 years experience in an accounts role;
- Basic Skills with XERO MYOB QuickBooks or equivalent;
- Intermediate Word and Excel skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
