Schedule:

  • 9 AM to 1 PM Monday to Friday

Job Description

Become an integral part of a dynamic and growing wellness business as their Administrative Assistant. In this role you ll be the backbone of daily operations managing everything from client communications to appointment scheduling and financial tasks. You ll have the opportunity to contribute to the company s expansion into the competitive Atlanta spa market working directly with the owner to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction. This position offers a perfect blend of administrative expertise and client relations with the potential for growth as the business continues to flourish.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a busy inbox crafting professional responses and ensuring timely followups with clients
  • Handle incoming calls with enthusiasm addressing inquiries and booking appointments for spa services
  • Assist in managing leases for salon suites ensuring smooth operations for multiple professionals
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage invoices track payments and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Coordinate and confirm client appointments for various spa treatments and services
  • Conduct research to support business growth initiatives and market expansion efforts
  • Collaborate with the owner on various administrative projects to improve business efficiency




Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite particularly Word with the ability to create and edit professional documents
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems and a knack for providing exceptional client service
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the business professionally
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about the spa and wellness industry
  • Availability to work 4 hours per day 5 days a week between 9 AM to 2 PM EST
  • Comfortable working remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity and communication
