Phoenix Support Services is looking for a qualified Digital Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for the daytoday management and smooth operation of various digital projects. We have very detailed processes to follow to ensure websites and content development is produced with quality and consistency. All you will have to do is follow a check off list for each task list and make sure the developers and/or content writers under you do the same and be sure tasks move to the right team members as quickly as possible and all necessary deliverable for a project are completed and submitted on time. Having knowledge of the WordPress website design and development process is important as you will be overseeing the development of many websites. Someone who is familiar with proper design and development will be considered for the position first.
As a Digital Project Manager you should also use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various team members and our clients you must be detail oriented with strong management skills to ensure that the work process flows smoothly and that our clients are EXTREMELY satisfied. Ultimately you should be able to manage and make sure that all the tasks that are required each month by our team members are properly implemented to increase high customer satisfaction.
This position requires you speaking with our valued and hardearned clients in the United States so your English must be excellent. You will be in charge of website projects from start to finish so you must be able to communicate with our clients to get their content feedback ideas etc.
We utilize the ZOHO CRM. Experience using the ZOHO platform is a plus but not necessary as we will instruct the right person. You will need to be able to work in a team environment.
*Experience in marketing management SEO technical writing social media marketing etc. are very helpful in securing this longterm position with our company. Having a BS in Computer Science Digital Marketing or relevant fields is helpful. The more of these demonstrable skills you have the more you will be considered for the position.
