This is a remote position.
Virtual Assistant Admin/Bookkeeping (Healthcare / NDIS)
67AUD/hour
Dayshift (AUBNE hours) Part time : 30hrs/week
The client is a reliable Disability Support service provider that caters to the community under the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) in Perth Australia.
Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant with SEO Marketing Role will provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO while also driving the company s SEO marketing strategies. This unique position requires a blend of organizational skills marketing acumen and an understanding of the NDIS industry.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with a strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problemsolving.
- Proactive selfmotivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience in the NDIS or healthcare industry is a PLUS.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare reports presentations and other documents as required by the CEO.
- Create compelling digital marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives and target audience demographics.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve the companys online presence and search engine rankings.
- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and growth.
- Optimize website content including meta tags headers and image alt text to improve search engine visibility.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop highquality SEOfriendly content for the company s website and blog.
- Ensure all activities comply with NDIS guidelines and regulations
