Job Title: NDIS Operations Manager
Employment Type: FullTime
Rate: $1550 AUD/month

About Us:
The client is a dedicated provider of National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) services committed to supporting participants in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced NDIS Operations Manager to assist the CEO in managing the operational aspects of our NDIS services. This role will involve overseeing virtual assistants (VAs) handling backend operations supporting participants and workers and managing HR and recruitment tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NDIS operations exceptional organizational skills and a passion for making a positive impact in the lives of those we support.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
  • Assist the CEO in daily operational tasks and strategic planning.
  • Oversee the performance and productivity of virtual assistants (VAs) to ensure efficient and effective support services.
  • Manage backend operations including scheduling documentation and participant records.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and standards.

Participant and Worker Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for participants and their families addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services.
  • Support NDIS workers in their roles providing guidance and resolving any operational issues.
  • Coordinate with support coordinators to ensure participants receive appropriate services.

HR and Recruitment:
  • Manage recruitment processes including job postings interviewing and onboarding of new staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations issues and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for staff.

Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all participants and employees.
  • Prepare reports for the CEO and other stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinate meetings training sessions and other events.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • NDIS experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of NDIS regulations and requirements.
  • Proven experience in HR management and recruitment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Can work in a highpressure and facepaced environment.
