Role Description
This is a fulltime remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and developing and implementing sales strategies. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for building a sales team and ensuring that revenue targets are met.
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for a portfolio of companies via Direct and B2B partnerships
- Generate new sales leads and convert them into successful business deals meeting sales targets.
- Promote the companys products and services to potential customers building strong and mutually beneficial relationships with key decisionmakers.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on leads contacts and interactions in English.
- Research prospect educate qualify and develop opportunities from new and existing leads via email LinkedIn outbound coldcalling and texting into targeted accounts.
- Capture and close new business and manage your funnel to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Creating playbooks and new workflows
- Ensure the team is keeping all deals up to date and current in Go High Level.
- Motivate the team to deliver against monthly and quarterly goals.
- Provide feedback on team performance recurring issues and gaps in workflows.
- Celebrate feedback both internal (team) and external (clients and marketers) and take timely action to resolve
- Prepare quotes and finalize contracts with precise scope of work
- Provide monthly reports to customers addressing any concerns and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
- Contribute actively to the teams efforts in achieving company goals and profitability targets.

Self-motivated and driven by results, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects by continuous lead generation and effective lead qualification. Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies based on market feedback and sales results. Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role. You will earn a competitive commission as a revenue share for each closed deal, which provides a significant earning potential based on performance.
