For SI Role Experience in HR/Recruitment/ PMO type roles
Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate from any stream.
Proven 3 year work experience as a Talent Sourcer or a similar role in a reputed Talent Search firm
Handson experience with sourcing strategies.
Familiar with HR databases Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates effectively.
Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required.
Quick decisionmaking abilities.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Candidate has to be ready for both (WFO and WFH) and Asset need to be collected from Accenture facility (No courier option will be enabled) so preferably look for candidates who are within DC location.
