You will assist line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures in a range of Human Resources functions which include but not limited to recruitment, manpower budget, employee welfare, disciplinary procedures, employee benefits and general administration. You will operate as the primary point of contact to the Business Support department, ensuring information flow and sharing of knowledge, provide professional human resources administration and project assistance to the HR Management. Other accountabilities include but not limited to below • To act as first point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external customers. • Manage and coordinate internal and external communications. • Providing input on all compensation and benefits related matters including new offers, pay reviews, promotions, transfers within policies and guidelines. • Ensure compensation and benefits related databases are maintained accurate and up to date. • Develop administrative procedures to monitor and reduce costs, as well as improve the delivery of programs. • Lead and manage the internal magazine from start to end. • Assist and explain procedures and policies in response to inquiries. • Establish & maintain confidential filing system, categorize & maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence & other source material. • General HR administrative support for line managers and employees. • Suggest continuous improvement in the team’s process and procedures.
