Job Description
- Promoting and selling products or services.
- Correspond with online customers to address questions or complaints about products, policies, or shipping methods.
- Conduct retail activities of businesses operating exclusively online.
- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining accounts over time.
- Research and identify new marketplaces, including logistical needs and pricing
- Create and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production, and communication with others
- Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with the Aman services product set.
