We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of field sales experience
- CTC Bracket: upto 5.75 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
- Location: Tamil Nadu
- Applicant must be a localite
- Must a have a two wheeler
You will be responsible for:
- Recruitment & Development of agents/Advisors from various sources .
- Achieve Business targets through insurance advisors.
- Development of agent prospecting habits calling habits etc
