Reporting to the Director/Manager and working with direction from the team you will be a highly organised excellent accuracy and attention to detail Conveyancing Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Opening updating and closing matter files and recording client data
- Dealing with identification documents
- Typing and preparing correspondence documents and forms
- Liaising with estate agents and third parties either by phone email or written correspondence
- Updating clients with efficiency and politeness throughout the process
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies/procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fastpaced Residential Conveyancing Department or relevant industry is essential
- Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
- TechSavvy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in dealing documents is desired
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Ability to effectively prioritise and excellent organisation skills
- Indepth working knowledge of various software such as MS Office files are stuffed in their own conveyancing tool
Benefits
1. Monthly Salary: Php30000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
- 10 days annual leave credits
