Job Description

This is a remote position.

Philippinebased Applicants Only.

An amazing opportunity to work with a dynamic Australian Conveyancing Company that provides the highest levels of quality customer service and personalised conveyancing.

Reporting to the Director/Manager and working with direction from the team you will be a highly organised excellent accuracy and attention to detail Conveyancing Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening updating and closing matter files and recording client data
  • Dealing with identification documents
  • Typing and preparing correspondence documents and forms
  • Liaising with estate agents and third parties either by phone email or written correspondence
  • Updating clients with efficiency and politeness throughout the process
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards and company policies/procedures



Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a fastpaced Residential Conveyancing Department or relevant industry is essential
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are a must
  • TechSavvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in dealing documents is desired
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Problem analysis and resolution skills
  • Effectively handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and excellent organisation skills
  • Indepth working knowledge of various software such as MS Office files are stuffed in their own conveyancing tool


Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: Php30000
2. Salary will be paid on a bimonthly basis on the 15th and 30th or 31st of each month
3. You will be paid extra for overtime and Philippines public holidays
4. Probation: 6 months and after Probation
  • 10 days annual leave credits
  • 5 days of sick leave
5. HMO offered after 6months probation
6. 13th Month Pay after 30 days

7. Laptop provided after 30 days
8. Permanent workfromhome role. You will have to use your own internet.
9. Annual Appraisal
10. SHIFT TIMES: 7AM to 4PM Philippine time Monday to Friday
