Job Description
Tasks
responsible for setting up 5 brand new Doosan Horizontal 5axis Mills
ensure the reliability that the machines are up and running
troubleshooting the CNC automation (fanuc controls)
ensuring conveyors hydraulics & pneumatics are running
help with process routings training and improving current CNC processes
help to redesign the CNC department and make a more effective process with the new addition
Requirements
high volume partshorizontal machining mills
35 axis machining (this is a true CNC manufacturing Engineer not a Programmer)
strong CNC automation (prefer fanuc controls troubleshooting)
