Lead Software Engineer (PEGA)

As a Lead software engineer for PEGA you will be a key player in driving the design and development of innovative solutions using the PEGA platform. Your expertise in PEGA technology coupled with your ability to envision and deliver complex projects will contribute to the success of our clients and our organization. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams leading the technical aspects of projects and ensuring that PEGAbased solutions meet high standards of quality and performance.

Responsibilities:

Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and development of PEGAbased solutions offering technical direction and guidance to project teams.

PEGA Expertise: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of PEGA technology best practices and design patterns to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into effective PEGA solution designs.

Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control processes to ensure solutions meet industry standards regulatory requirements and performance benchmarks.

Project Leadership: Lead the technical aspects of PEGA projects including project planning risk management and issue resolution.

Client Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with clients providing strategic insights and ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of successful solutions.

Mentorship: Provide mentorship and support to less experienced architects and development teams.

Research and Innovation: Stay current with the latest PEGA developments and industry trends to drive innovation in our solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

PEGA Certification (e.g. PEGA Certified System Engineer).

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on PEGA implementations.

Strong knowledge of PEGA methodologies tools and best practices.

Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Strong problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.

Experience in project management is a plus.
