Position: Academic Counselor / Language Trainer
Job Role: Fulltime
Role Overview:
As a Language Trainer at Donams you will help students improve their language proficiency and communication ss. This position is ideal for recent postgraduates who are pionate about teaching and want to help students reach their full language learning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate students language ss to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Create personalized language training sessions based on student requirements and curriculum objectives.
Deliver engaging interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles.
Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure a wellrounded educational experience.
Use VidhyaDhan to track and report on student progress.
Participate in research and development initiatives to refine training ods contributing to continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Postgraduate degree in any field (languagerelated degrees preferred).
Pion for teaching and a strong belief in students potential for growth.
Excellent communication ss with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
