Role Overview:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of business operations including program management supply chain optimization inventory control production oversight engineering quality assurance IT management HR and finance. This pivotal role requires strategic leadership to maximize profitability productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead P&L management executing strategic plans to enhance profitability productivity and quality.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and innovation.
• Manage the site management team to exceed operational metrics and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement initiatives to drive productivity and revenue growth.
• Continuously evaluate and introduce process improvements presenting recommendations to senior leadership
• Interface with customers engaging in operational reviews QBRs and pricing discussions.
• Develop and manage budgetary and resource allocation plans.

Key Requirements:

• Proven success in a senior managerial role with strong decisionmaking abilities
• Exceptional communication motivation and influence skills
• Experience in financial management and operational procedures in contract manufacturing EMS and Reverse Logistics industries.
• Prior experience managing multiple programs customers and sites.
• Lean Six Sigma or similar Certification
• Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in business management or a related field
