Overview:
The Telecaller plays a crucial role in our organization as the first point of contact for potential customers. They are responsible for making outbound calls to individuals or businesses to introduce our products or services generate sales leads and provide information about our offerings ultimately contributing to the companys bottom line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Understand and promote the companys products or services
- Set appointments for sales representatives
- Follow up on leads
- Handle customer questions and objections
- Maintain a record of calls made and results achieved
- Meet daily weekly and monthly call quotas
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the sales strategies
- Update customer databases with contact information
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- Work closely with the sales team to develop sales strategies
- Adhere to all telemarketing regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of 12th grade plus.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Excellent communication (English and Kannada) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales aptitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Ability to multitask set priorities and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills

- Good listening skills and strong customer focus
