Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a founders office with a focus on growth and a generalist skillset. As the founders office you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall sales Growth and GTM
Must Haves:
- Prior experience of 24 years in US SaaS in a Growth/Marketing/Sales role.
- Proven ability to scale distribution in a 0 to 1 early stage startup.
- Proven track record of setting up and delivering customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including Partnership content marketing and outbound
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to acquire and retain B2B customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals ensuring a winwin outcome for both the company and the customers.
- Lead all marketing initiatives including digital marketing social media partnerships etc. to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
- Identify and engage with potential customers in the target market through outreach partnership opportunities and attending customer calls & events.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and benefits of the product to startup founders.
