Job Overview:
Playing a crucial role in enhancing customer experience by managing telephonic communications and providing information related to Automobiles products and services. This position requires excellent communication skills a customercentric approach and the ability to effectively convey information to potential buyers and existing customers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle incoming calls from customers and potential buyers.
- Coordinate with customers to schedule test rides service appointments and showroom visits.
- Effectively communicate product details to customers and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Collect customer information and update the CRM system with accurate details.
- Conduct followup calls to gather customer feedback after test rides and service appointments.
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales and service to relay customer information and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or any graduate.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Proven experience in a customer service or telecommunication role.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Customerfocused with a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls. Familiarity with products and a passion for automobiles is a plus
