Partner with Centers of Excellence (Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, On-boarding, Immigration) to meet customer needs and implement process improvements. Collaborate on special projects such as T&A transformation and standardization, RPA, digitalization of Employee files
Support in government related documentation (Social Insurance, Ka’ab El Amal) by liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Provide support during Labor Office/Government inspections.
Extend remote support to the Middle East & Turkey region as necessary.
Coordinated end to end transition of HR Admin; Support implementation of new tools and applications in the region;
Manage processes and policies relating to day-to-day human resource global operations. Proactively seek opportunities to refine, expand, and improve the service provided by the team. Lead with continuous improvement mindset to contribute to the advancement and success of the Employee Services team. Act as the subject matter expert and resolve any escalated issues for the Global Operations team
Collaborate with Human Resources Generalist and HR Managers to communicate and/or present new processes or gather and incorporate feedback. Utilize various human resource information systems: SalesForce, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow, and other HR systems.
