In this role you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a portfolio of High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients fostering strong relationships and delivering exceptional financial solutions.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a designated portfolio of HNI clients fostering strong longterm relationships built on trust and personalised service.
Conduct indepth financial needs assessments to understand client goals risk tolerance and investment preferences.
Develop and present customised financial solutions encompassing a comprehensive suite of wealth management products and services (e.g. investment portfolios private banking priority banking).
Proactively identify new business opportunities exceeding sales targets for assigned portfolio.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews recommending adjustments based on market trends and client circumstances.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams (wealth management product specialists) to deliver seamless client experiences.
Desired Candidates Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in core retail liability banking sales.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving portfolio growth in the HNI segment (14 years of experience).
Strong understanding of financial products and services including wealth management solutions investments and banking products.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
