Job Description

Overview:

The Talent Acquisition HR role is crucial in identifying acquiring and retaining top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies conducting thorough interviews and streamlining the onboarding process to support the overall HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with departmental managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Utilize social media job boards and networking to source potential candidates
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures related to talent acquisition
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Participate in the implementation of onboarding programs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
  • Provide datadriven insights to optimize the recruitment and selection process
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or relevant field
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
  • Demonstrated expertise in fullcycle recruiting
  • Proficient in using various sourcing techniques and tools
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Experience in utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven ability to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
  • Certification in HR or recruitment is advantageous
  • Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
