- Market Salary Analysis:
- Conduct regular market research and analysis to determine competitive salary ranges for various positions.
- Collaborate with the Senior HR professional to develop and update the organizations compensation strategy.
- Support for Senior HR Role:
- Collaborate with the Senior HR professional on various HR initiatives projects and programs.
- Assist in employee relations performance management and talent development activities.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Support payroll processing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including enrollment communication and problem resolution.
- Compliance:
- Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Support the Senior HR professional in conducting audits and implementing compliance initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience or coursework in HRIS system administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market salary analysis.
- Knowledge of payroll processing benefits administration and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Reporting Structure:
