Job Description

Location: Remote (based anywhere in Washington State)

Reporting to: Managing Partner Business Growth and/or Founder

Our flagship service destinationoneTRS (RaaSS Recruitment as a Subscription Service) is designed to offer continuous highquality recruitment support. As we expand our services we are looking to strengthen our focus on public sector verticals including municipalities foundations nonprofits and educational boards across Washington State with aspirations to scale nationwide.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into public sector verticals. This remote role is ideal for someone with a robust background in these environments ready to leverage their network to secure new clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in achieving our goal of partnering with the top entities in Washington before taking our proven model to other states.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage and secure new clients within municipalities foundations nonprofits and educational boards across Washington State.
  • Network extensively within these sectors to identify potential clients and nurture longterm partnerships.
  • Secure a minimum of 2 new clients per month with the goal of increasing to 3 as the vertical grows.
  • Work closely with our Managing Partner Business Growth and other service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and service delivery experience for new clients.
  • Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends challenges and opportunities within these public sectors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development specifically within or closely related to public sector environments such as municipalities foundations nonprofits and school boards.
  • Strong existing network within these sectors in Washington State.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Goaloriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Compensation:

  • This role offers performancebased commissions paid for each subscription client secured.
  • Additional incentives for surpassing monthly client acquisition targets.
