Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Latin America)
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and techsavvy Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team primarily focusing on reaching out to candidates from Latin America particularly from Venezuela. The ideal candidate should have 35 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry and must be comfortable with making calls and utilizing various tech tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment tasks such as scheduling interviews updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and Head of Recruitment to maintain databases and handle paperwork efficiently.
  • Post job advertisements on various job boards to attract potential candidates.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process including shortlisting callbacks and sending out rejection emails.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Spreadsheets and Google Docs.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • Highspeed internet connection (30mbps up) and a dedicated home office setup including a Mac or PC computer with a minimum 1.0ghz dualcore processor 8GB RAM and the latest version of MS Office installed.
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in relevant fields such as Communication Business Administration or Human Resources (Preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in staffing or recruitment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience in grammar check and using CRM technology is preferred.
