1. Payroll Management:
Administer endtoend payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Timely processing of monthly payroll including salary calculations deductions and reimbursements.
Collaborate with Finance and other departments to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
2. ESIC and PF Compliance:
Handle the preparation and submission of ESIC and PF challans within the stipulated timelines.
Ensure compliance with ESIC and PF regulations keeping abreast of changes in legislation and implementing necessary adjustments.
Maintain accurate records of employee contributions withdrawals and transfers related to ESIC and PF.
3. Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain comprehensive and organized records of payroll and compliancerelated documents.
Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory authorities as required.
Assist in the completion of audits related to payroll and compliance.
4. Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with internal teams including Finance Legal and HR to ensure seamless information flow related to payroll and compliance matters.
Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll ESIC and PF with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Compliance Reporting:
Generate regular reports on payroll and compliance metrics for management review.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements and costsaving initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources
Proven experience in handling endtoend payroll processes ESIC and PF compliance.
Proficient in using payroll software and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
