Job Description:

The Offshore Education Admin will work closely with the onshore Team leader in preparing overseas student applications to lodge with universities and Australian government authorities to get successful visa grant.

  • Handling inquiries registrations and followups in a timely manner and fulfilling student needs at every stage of the process.
  • Coordinating with onshore team leader in preparing applications to lodge with universities and government authorities
  • Maintaining inquiry notes file notes admission entry offer letters COE s Task list followups in the company s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at all times.
  • Punctuality/Time Management: Attendance timely reporting to the office daily response to the client within TAT (Turnaround time) entering data into CRM timely/correctly sending Reports etc.
  • Continuously maintain students prospects in the tracker sheet number of leads number of probable prospects number of confirmed prospects in the Team leader s lead or application tracker sheet.
  • Send timely reports to your Team Leader on confirmed admission to aid processing incentives
  • Inquiry Conversion Ratio: Maintaining the conversion ratio as decided by your Operations Manager.
  • Communication (Email Conversation): Timely/prompt response to emails
  • Counseling Skills: Should maintain and keep updating the skill set required as per Industry standards.
  • Target Achievement: Meeting target for number of admissions and across other parameters

Requirements

Requirements/Skills Needed:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • At least 6 months of total work experience in B2B/B2C customer service sales or overseas education and migration industry
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe skills
  • Highly organized with an ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent counseling skills including the ability to build rapport and make the client feel heard
  • Must have a strong work ethic and an ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a quick TAT in terms of responding to clients as well as internal communication
  • Has high integrity and is culturallysensitive and flexible
  • Be proactive in regards to updating one s knowledge base through research and selflearning
  • Strong listening skills attention to detail and ability to logically reason and critically analyze information and data

Additional Job Details:

Setup and Location: Onsite/WFH Ortigas Alabang Pampanga or Cebu
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 6:00 AM 3:00 PM Manila time / 9:00 AM 5:00 PM AU Eastern Time
Employment Type: Fulltime
