Key Responsibilities:
Client file preparation
Review and verify borrower information such as employment and identification
Drafting applications in AOL
Communicate with borrowers lenders and other parties involved in the mortgage process to ensure timely and accurate completion of loan applications
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all loan applications and related documentation
Provide exceptional customer service to borrowers answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the loan process
Complete file audit checklists for compliance and updates files as needed
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Training and research on industry tools systems and software for continuous improvements and efficiencies gains
Basic monthly reporting on files commissions and business activity
Monitor and manage social media accounts
Assist with travel arrangements including flights hotels and car rentals
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry filing and record keeping
Requirements
Prior experience in the Australian mortgage broking industry and process of 13 years is advantageous but will consider less experience based on potential.
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant Executive Assistant or in a similar role
myCRM knowledge and know how to navigate sales trekker and mail chimp
Able to do pricing and lodge details through AOL
Loan processing and lender communications and followups for file status desirable skills
Strong background in accounting and finance is preferred
Ability to understand and interpret data
Highly motivated and goaloriented with excellent customer service and communication skills
Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
Knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks

Bachelor or Accounting or Business with an Accounting focus Experience in MYOB and Xero Experience in Lightyear Cloud preferred However experience in Dext or receipt bank is transferable Attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of Australian Accounting Standard including GST Able to show initiative and be a self-starter. Strong computer software skills, including Excel & Accounting software. API integration exposure is advantageous.
