JOB SUMMARY:
Service Desk Assistant / Associate main responsibilities are to attend to customer interaction based on their assigned channel (either Inbound Outbound Email Chat or FacetoFace) and focus on issue resolution by investigation coordination and escalation to the concerned unit or point of contact in a timely and accurate manner.
KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains effective communication with clients within operational standards.
- Ensures service availability through timely response on assigned channel (either inbound outbound email chat or facetoface)
- Appropriately distinguishes clients main concerns / inquiries for immediate service provision and concerns/ inquiries for further investigation.
- Delivers standard solutions and manages adverse interactions by offering and negotiating alternative courses of action within the context of the account.
- Builds trust in customer accounts through accurate valid and complete service provision.
- Collaborates with various operations and nonoperations division teams towards exceptional delivery of requests and inquiries.
- Maintains records/ reports of customer interactions for reference and orderly monitoring.
- Accomplish worklist and tickets assigned by team lead and Operations head in an accurate and timely manner
- Serves as first line support for tasks related to the above stated as assigned by the Team Lead and or Operations Head.
EDUCATION TRAININGS LICENSES REQUIRED:
Bachelors Degree in any businessrelated course HRM or Psychology.
