Call Center Agent

TASQ Staffing Solutions is currently seeking Englishspeaking individuals to join their team as customer service representatives at their Bacolod location.

To be considered for this role applicants must meet the following requirements: minimum age of 18 years a high school diploma or completion of senior high school and preferably some college experience. Prior call center experience is not mandatory but applicants who have completed Alternative Learning System (ALS) should have at least 6 months of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience. Candidates must also be willing to work onsite during the graveyard shift and on a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

As a customer service representative your main responsibility will be to assist customers by addressing their needs and concerns and providing suitable solutions. This will involve adhering to company and client policies and processes understanding customer requirements clarifying information and delivering accurate solutions. Building rapport with customers and going the extra mile to engage them will be crucial. Proper documentation and maintaining productivity levels will also be part of your duties. There may be opportunities for sales activities and meeting designated targets will be expected. Its important to note that this is a fulltime position.
