As an Events & Promotions Assistant you will be a vital part of our team dedicated to supporting charitable initiatives. This role involves assisting in the planning coordination and execution of events and promotional activities aimed at raising awareness and funds for our designated charities. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented individual who is passionate about making a difference.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and coordination of charity events including logistics venue selection and vendor management.
- Ensure that all event materials and resources are prepared and organized effectively.
- Contribute to the development and execution of promotional campaigns to drive awareness and engagement with our charitable causes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials.
- Provide onsite support during events ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Interact with attendees answer questions and promote a positive and engaging atmosphere.
- Actively engage with the community to promote upcoming events and charity initiatives.
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to enhance community partnerships.
- Collect and analyze data related to event attendance participant feedback and overall campaign performance.
- Prepare postevent reports and recommendations for improvement.
