Within the HR department and more particularly the Recruitment and Career Paths department made up of 4 people, the human resources manager will be in charge of a portfolio made up of civil servants, contract workers and seconded collaborators. To this end, he/she must: Publish the various job descriptions via an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and ensure management throughout the recruitment process, Create and update in the current management system (Virtualia) then in the next HRIS the administrative files during recruitment and for any event linked to the career or personal situation of the agent, Process agent requests and forward them to the payroll manager or dedicated contact
