Responsibilities
- Work to processes and procedures to provide and maintain an exceptional customer experience.
- Deal with customer queries via email
- Discuss any issues/concerns with Team Leader to come up with suitable actions to correct them.
- Answering customer complaints returns and refunds via email.
- Issuing refunds to customers
- Dealing with returns and replacements
Qualifications
- Computer literate
- Diploma/B1 Certificate in French or German Language
- Have a positive approach and demonstrate setting exceptional standards.
- Team player with great time management
- Problem solver who is results orientated with the ability to build credibility.
- Excellent communication skill in French German and English.
- Excellent in email writing skill.
