Litigation : Drafted legal notice RTI and petitions pertaining to civil proceedings to file. Cases relating to Civil Disputes Bank Suits Mediation.
- Cheque Bounce Cases under Section.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act at Magistrate Court.
- Drafted replies to Show Cause Notices and Legal Notices Draft Original Side cases First Appeal cases and Second Appeal cases before the High Court of Madras on various issues in Jurisdiction.
Key Skills : Legal Research based on the facts to identify and retrieve information necessary to support the case.
Key Responsibilities : Clarification on legal doubts Research made to clarify the legal doubt reviewing documents research and drafting Coordination with team members in Head office and managing teams.
