Tasks

• Review documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Detect and track any document deficiencies implementing mitigation strategies and escalating issues if necessary.
• Conduct thorough research to extract caserelevant information for analysis and decisionmaking processes.
• Conduct detailed examinations and analyses of client backgrounds and activities to provide legal support and guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for effective document management and compliance.

Requirements

• Resident in Switzerland
• Fluency in English and German
• Completed MLaw and/or relevant compliance certification
• Working experience as Review Specialist in the financial sector or law firm
