Overview of the Position
As a Project Managerfor Ecommerce responsibilities include coordinating projects developing plans optimizing site operations analyzing performance and driving growth. Specific requirements include project management experience system implementation skills knowledge of ecommerce growth strategies strong communication organization and multitasking abilities proficiency in project management tools and a proactive mindset for independent or team work.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects for ecommerce sites and understands the unique challenges and processes involved in building and maintaining online stores.
• Develop project plans timelines and budgets
• Put robust systems and processes in place to ensure the ecommerce site runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Understands the workflow optimization data management and operational best practices.
• Track project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Knows how to drive Ecommerce site growth. This includes understanding key performance indicators (KPIs) identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales traffic and conversions.
• Analyze the Ecommerce site's performance to identify areas for growth and understand what is driving success or hindering progress. This requires a datadriven approach and a strong understanding of ecommerce analytics.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Delegate tasks and ensure their timely completion
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars
• Assist clients with various virtual assistant tasks as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in Ecommerce Project Management
• Experience implementing system and processes
• Knowledge on Ecommerce growth strategies and ability to analyze Ecommerce growth
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Knowledge of virtual assistant tasks and tools
• Detailoriented and proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
