Job Description

Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors specialist with ECC & S4 HANA
Experience: 7 years
Location: Qatar (Onsite)
Duration: 1 years (extendable)

Responsibilities:

1. Integration Strategy: Experience in develop integration strategies and design seamless integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ECC & S4/HANA as well as other enterprise systems such as payroll time tracking and talent management systems. Collaborate with technical teams to implement integration solutions using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or other middleware tools.
Experience in migration of SuccessFactors solution from SAP ECC to S4HANA.

2. Change Management: Drive organizational change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of SuccessFactors solutions in integration with S4HANA. Develop communication plans reporting on progress/challenges and documentation to support user readiness and enablement.

3. Project Leadership: Lead endtoend coordination with SuccessFactors implementation and S4HANA project teams from requirements gathering and solution design to integrate testing and deployment. Serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert in HR transformation initiatives

4. Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with client stakeholders and key decision makers. Provide regular project updates manage expectations and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner. Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for the clients HR transformation journey.

5. Functional Expertise: Work closely with SuccessFactors team to address the dependencies with S4HANA and provide required support on the configuration and optimization of SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central Performance & Goals Compensation Learning Management and Succession Planning. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.

6. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand integration requirements on the analyze processes and translate them into functional specifications. Define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with S4HANA scope.

7. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and accuracy of configured solutions through comprehensive testing and validation activities. Conduct system integration testing (SIT) user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing to validate solution functionality and performance.

8. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system configurations integrations and technical specifications. Conduct user training sessions wherever required.

9. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors and integration technologies. Evaluate new features and functionalities to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in business administration Human Resources Information Technology or related field.
2. 7 years of experience as a functional consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors.
3. Proven track record of leading successful implementation projects preferably in largescale enterprise environments.
4. Extensive experience in integrating SuccessFactors with SAP ECC & S4/HANA and other enterprise systems.
5. Indepth knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar middleware tools for integration development.
6. Strong understanding of HR business processes industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
7. Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) is preferred.
