We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with an Advertising Experience with the capability to oversee Project Managers combining expert project management with exceptional client relationship skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring project excellence and fostering strong client relationships driving strategic growth and operational efficiency. We are looking for someone who has digital marketing experience who understands the language. Having an understanding of strategy will help.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Act as the primary liaison for clients managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met without the direct involvement of leadership in client calls.
- Project Organization: Maintain organization within ClickUp our chosen project management tool ensuring tasks are properly assigned tracked and deadlines are met.
- Operational Efficiency: Identify operational challenges within projects or team workflows and develop strategic solutions to improve processes.
- Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead and coordinate both internal teams and external contractors to achieve project milestones. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages high performance.
- Vendor and Contractor Management: Submit detailed proposals to vendors and negotiate terms to support project needs. Manage relationships with contractors ensuring clarity of project objectives timelines and deliverables.
- Strategic Account Planning: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with clients to develop strategic plans that leverage agency strengths.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide comprehensive reports on account status including client feedback project progress and team performance using insights to drive improvements.
- Project Oversight: Oversee the planning execution and delivery of projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and budget. Provide guidance and support to Project Managers ensuring project objectives align with client goals.
- Risk Management and Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential issues in both project execution and client relationships developing strategies to mitigate risks.
