Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts with proper relationship building with the intention of growing
leads and business from them.
Hunt for new accounts to onboard them and tell them about amber and how we are
different from other marketplaces and platforms.
Meet the targets of bookings and leads from the partners that are being managed in your
territory.
Liaison with internal teams such as operations supply finance and marketing to ensure
that leads are catered effectively and closed.
Provide feedback around reasons why leads are not closed and set an action plan.
Conduct joint meetings with internal teams and partners to align on expectations and
targets and plans for the quarter.
Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirements and skills:
Relationship management skills ability to speak to executives managers and CEOs to
get the business.
Followup management on the funnel of leads and conversion levers
Intent to travel and meet all customers in the territory. Field sales acumen. Day planning
of meetings.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as lead squared
Market knowledge of the local territory and roads and marketplaces of the local area
Communication and negotiation skills; time management and planning skills
