We are expanding our team and seeking assistance for our Supply Chain division. As such we are in search of a detailoriented Supply Chain Assistant to join us. Your primary responsibility will involve active participation in a 3PL implementation project. Attention to detail is essential for success in this role.

Tasks

• Core task: Supply Chain Master data Participate in a 3PL implementation
• Assist our Head of Supply Chain
• Source new reliable suppliers worldwide
• Assist our Head of Supply Chain on optimizing our logistics
• Operational tasks & communication between suppliers customer service and the team
• Evaluate keep track & update masterdata

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is required
• You have extensive experience using Excel and working with data
• You are very detailed orientated
• You are willing to learn and broaden your knowledge in Supply Chain
• You have knowledge of ERP or IMS (Inventory Management Systems)
• You have knowledge of NPL end EOL processes and impact on inventory
• You are willing to grow personally and give your best to grow the brand with us
• You are a problemsolver organized proactive autonomous and resourceful

Nice to have:

• You have ideally experience sourcing suppliers (f.e. Alibaba experience)
• You have a good understanding of Supply Chain KPIs
• You have a good understanding of Procurement to Pay process
• You have ideally experience and knowledge in the fashion industry
• You have ideally knowledge and experience of end to end Supply Chain (Demand Planning/Forecasting Supply Planning Distribution Planning)
