Functions

1. Provide leadership and direction for the engineering function of the assigned business unit.
2. Manage people and processes to ensure effective execution and quality assurance.
3. Oversee department or business unit strategy budgeting staff and deliverables.
4. Assist with marketing efforts and business development activities.
5. Coordinate with internal departments and advise the engineering team.
6. Hire train retain and develop engineering staff.
7. Oversee projects to ensure ontime onbudget delivery.
8. Research engineering trends and recommend program changes.

Requirements

1. Minimum education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
   
2. Some specific specialties:Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
   
3. Minimum experience:Fifteen or more (15) years of experience in land development including project management supervision and client relationships.
