Location: Houston TX (Onsite 3 days/week)

Job Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote)

Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to oversee the disintegration or separation of two companies for our client. The client is selling two companies and requires a skilled project manager to manage this complex process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management specifically in disintegrating or separating companies. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the disintegration or separation of two companies
• Develop and manage project plans timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project success
• Identify and mitigate risks
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
• Experience in disintegrating or separating companies
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SAP experience is preferred

Location and Schedule: This position is based in Houston TX and requires onsite presence 3 days a week with 2 days remote work.
