What we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager who will be responsible for B2B Enterprise Software Sales to achieve sales targets and excel at building and executing strong pipelines within the sales cycle.

The candidate will be responsible for working with internal teams to build and maintain strong customer relationships with established customers and developing new customers.


What does the job involve

  • Manage a full sales cycle.
  • Generate new business opportunities and effectively manage the pipeline.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales and meet and exceed quarterly and annual quota targets.
  • Provide input to relevant teams from conversations with customers.
  • Manage contract T&Cs negotiations during the sales process.
  • Approach all deals with a customerfirst ready to help mentality.
  • Work crossfunctionally with different organizations such as Sales Marketing Customer Success Product and Engineering
  • Accurately track all sales activity and forecasting in CRM


Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience selling complex software solutions to large Enterprises.
  • Bachelors/masters degree required (MBA preferred)
  • Experienced in the leading of commercial tenders and developing business proposals and being at least one step ahead of the competition to win new projects.
  • Be a natural salesperson hunter who loves the thrill of getting the PO signed!
  • Selfstarter with the ability to build strong relationships articulate product and business strategies create and close deals.
  • Have strong technical (software and cloud technology solutions) and business acumen.
  • Demonstrate the necessary skills to negotiate with and convince end customers and partners using a win/win philosophy.
