Network monitoring

Experience in Extrahop monitoring tools is plus.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in network device monitoring / Network support.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field preferred.

Proficiency in using network monitoring tools and software.

Familiarity with SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) and other network monitoring protocols.

Knowledge of network device configurations and troubleshooting.

Monitor network devices including routers switches and firewalls for performance and security.

Identify and resolve network issues in a timely manner.

Configure and maintain network monitoring tools.

Generate reports on network performance and incidents.

Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to ensure network stability.

Strong communication skills to report findings and collaborate effectively with team members.

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities to identify and resolve network issues.

Certifications such as CompTIA Network or Cisco CCNA can be a plus
