This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Supervisor located in Cairo. The Telesales Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with managing a team of telesales representatives, such as coaching and training employees, setting targets and monitoring performance, and building rapport with customers. The Telesales Supervisor will also collaborate with the marketing department to develop campaigns and increase sales.
- Executing the telesales strategic plan
- assist in coordinating the day-to-day activities of Telesales team
- Perform training, coaching, and leading Telesales members.
- Work with the Telesales Manager in identifying trends and establishing telesales goals.
- Present reports and analyzing telesales data to improve processes and performance.
- Consistently evaluate the performance of telesales representatives to ensure discipline and corrective actions where necessary
- Provide leadership for telesales Agents by actively engaging and supporting them to ensure better performance
- drive achievement of sales targets, SLA’s and KPIs at the Centre continually.
- Guide Telesales representatives through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers, and handling issues that cannot be fielded by telesales representatives
- Preparing and updating effective daily call plan for a productive customer relationship management.
