Role Description
- Providing customer support via telephone, e-mail, in-person
- Informing customers about projects updates
- Responding to customer questions
- Resolving customer complaints
- Suggesting solutions for common problems
- Preparing documents and reports
- Updating customer database
- Collaborating with the direct manager in escalations
- Improving overall customer satisfaction
