Job Description

Lettings Negotiator
Knowle
£23000 base salary (depending on experience)
£26000 OTE

Office Commission
Mon – Fri 9530pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays 93:30pm
Poole Car provided if required.


Our client is looking for a talented lettings consultant to be an integral high performer within their team. They are an agency with proven market leading success in the area. Their excellent reputation is built on delivering consistent results and quality client care.

The role will involve conducting property viewings negotiating offers and providing first class client care.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Use your negotiation skills to secure the best tenancy for our landlords
  • Arrange and carry out viewings
  • Update the company CRM with new leads
  • Regular communication with applicants and landlords
  • Understand and be aware of property laws and regulations
  • Meet and exceed targets

The required experience / skills

  • Previous Lettings Experience is essential
  • Hardworking
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent telephone manager
  • Confident and ambitious
  • Full UK driving licence.
