Location: Stourbridge
Salary: up to £27500 based on experience
Experience Required: 1 years working as a Property Manager

Our client a toprated independent estate agent is seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a supportive and professional environment and comes with it’s own pension scheme.

Every other Saturday 8:30am4pm with a day off in Lieu

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a Portfolio: Oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties ensuring they are wellmaintained and tenants are happy.
- Tenant Support: Be the main contact for tenants resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and manage maintenance and repair work liaising with reliable contractors.
- Conduct Inspections: Perform regular property inspections to ensure standards are met and identify any maintenance needs.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on property management activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in property management or residential lettings particularly residential properties.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with property management software.
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving license.
