Job Description
This wellestablished property management and development company located within inner north Brisbane is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team.
A stable business with an excellent office culture and staff retention record you will join a professional sociable and supportive business. Working Monday to Friday with some flexibility as well as the option for slightly reduced hours to ensure of a comfortable work/life balance.
Managing a mix of industrial commercial and some residential properties you will undertake an end to end position managing your own administration but with trust account support. A clean and tidy portfolio of 15 commercial properties and around 50 tenancies this position would suit an experienced Commercial Property Manager keen for an autonomous role that gives exposure to the full cycle of commercial asset management.
Requirements
- A current Real Estate Certificate
- Some experience within commercial industrial or retail property/asset management
- An understanding of lease interpretation
- Knowledge of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Ability to build and maintain long term relationships with tenants contractors and clientele
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and excellent time management skills
- Strong people skills and a desire to help build team culture
