Responsibilities:
Maintaining endtoend client relationships to make their work better & to help them network and collaborate.
Execute the complete closure signup formalities (onboarding) & offboarding formalities
Ensure a high degree of client satisfaction to promote loyalty & renewals and minimize churn.
strategic alliance partnerships.
Arranging the Events networking & engagement programs for clients.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
Skills and qualifications
Experience with client handling.
Upsell & crosssell to the existing clients.
