Matrix Reporting: Regional Head BD
Job Purpose:
- To develop key and global accounts in line with sales and business development strategy.
- Develop strong sales pipeline improve branch turnover and achievement of high profitability.
- A sharp focus on structured sales process.
- Develop high customer value proposition and maintain the highest CSI
Reporting to this position:
- Business Development Executives

- Credit Control
- Operations
- Pricing
External Communications/Critical Relationships:
- Customers
- Overseas counterpart/Agents
